Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging, unless otherwise specified by our supplier, Printful. Certain items such as personalized or made-to-order products, as well as sealed items unsealed after delivery (e.g., face masks), are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Supplier Returns Policy

We work with Printful for the fulfillment of our products. Their return policy includes the following:

  • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
  • For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • If the return address is set to Printful’s facility, any unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

In cases where Printful’s policy differs from our own, their policy will apply.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances, including:

  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Items not in their original condition, or with missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at returns@aestetikx.com.

For size exchanges or returns due to buyer’s remorse, we do not provide refunds, but you may place a new order at your expense for a different size, if available.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please follow the instructions provided in the return confirmation email. Printful handles all returned items on our behalf. Do not send your purchase back to us directly unless otherwise instructed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error or a defect covered by Printful. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages

If an address provided by you or your customer is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we confirm the updated address.

Unclaimed packages that are returned to Printful’s facility will be donated to charity after 30 days, and no refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Face masks or other items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
  • Digital products, such as downloadable software.
  • Gift cards.
